The studios for rent in this website has one space of ~35m2 for living room, where a double bed is located together with a comfortable sitting corner in front of the TV. Cable TV connection is active and inclusive in the rent - in all the studios.
A table for eating and for working is also present, usually close to the kitchen. The studios has a seperate kitchen which is relatively small, but comfortable and can host easily a refrigerator, microwave, and all other equipment needed for comfort in the kitchen. Cooking pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glases and mugs, ect...
The bathroom is also seperated, it has a bath in some of the studios. Hot water is running all day and night, heating systems as well. All costs of heating and hot water are included in the rent. Toilet are seperate in some of the Studios, but can also come together with the bathroom.
